Thalia Rosa Almeida (T.R.A.) is a 21-year-old Cuban - American artist and livestreamer creating art that reflects the inner world she built within herself. Thalia was born in Virginia (September 25, 2003), grew up as the youngest of six in Kentucky, then graduated high school at 16 after establishing her online presence by gaining over 150K followers in her first year pursuing social media and being a featured content creator at Playlist Live in Orlando, Florida. She then moved to NYC to pursue acting alone at 17. Continuing her education in acting, she moved to LA at 19 and discovered a passion for painting and music instead. Thalia has focused on creating art that reflects topics seen as "taboo," such as mental illness, bringing more awareness to the inner workings of the psyche. Her work includes an art zine titled "Forgive Me, For I Have Sinned” that challenges the audience to reflect on the 7 Deadly Sins and how they show up in their own life, an art zine titled “And How Does That Make You Feel?” that provides a deeper insight on the symptoms of mental illness and destigmatizes it, a 6 track EP titled F4NT4ZY.MP3 that was produced, engineered, and written by herself, a 13 painting collection on why she began painting that includes unreleased songs associated with each painting, an upcoming illustrated book on emotions and how to identify them, over 150 paintings of a character she created named Gus, a handmade marionette puppet of Gus, and 2 upcoming E-books that are verbal transcriptions of the podcast episodes she released on art and the subconscious mind/universal energies. Currently, Thalia is a full-time daily livestreamer on TikTok with over 385K followers, where she streams fitness, fashion, and ASMR content to spread positivity.
